Q: What is Great Moves by GMAC?
A: Great Moves, is offered under the larger GM Supplier Discount Program. It is a program designed to provide eligible GM supplier and business associate employees with significant offers on real estate, mortgage and interstate moving services.

Q: Who is eligible?
A: The Great Moves by GMAC Program is offered to all active hourly and salary (full and part-time) employees of eligible GM suppliers and business associates who reside in the United States, excluding contract employees.

Q: What types of selling, buying and moving services does Great Moves provide?
A: Great Moves offers you experienced real estate professionals, cash-back on the purchase or sale of a home ¹, discounts on interstate moving services ² and complimentary assistance from a Personal Move Consultant (PMC).

Q: What types of financing services does Great Moves provide?
A: Great Moves offers home equity loans and mortgage loans, including refinances. Special offers include interest rate reductions or money off closing costs and competitive rates on home equity lines of credit.

Q: Are my family members eligible for Great Moves?
A: No. Great Moves is only available to employees of eligible GM suppliers and business associates.

Q: What is the cash-back offer that a registered GM supplier employee will receive on their real estate transactions?1
A: For every $1,000 of the home sale and/or purchase price, eligible GM supplier employees properly registered with Great Moves by GMAC may receive cash-back ¹.

Q: How and when will the GM supplier or business associate employee receive his/her cash-back?¹
A: When the real estate transaction is complete, either the customer or real estate agent must notify the Personal Move Consultant and fax in their settlement statement. The customer will receive a check within 4 to 6 weeks after the consultant confirms the home closing.

Q: Can customers receive two cash-back checks if they buy and sell a home through Great Moves by GMAC?¹
A: Yes! Registered supplier or business associate employees may receive cash-back on each transaction.
